Admin Access Roles are managed in Access and Roles > Roles

Admin Access Roles determine the access an Admin Users has when logging into the Gatekeeper Administrative Consoles. Roles can limit a User’s access to certain sections or pages, a user’s ability to create, edit, or view on those pages, and what Gatekeeper Areas the content is filtered by.


A Role could be created named “Report Generation Role”. This role could have access to all of the Reports pages (Audit Report, Escort Report, etc.). This Role could then be applied to Katie. When Katie logs into Gatekeeper, she will have access to these report pages. If no other role has been added to Katie, the report pages will be the only pages she can access.
